Meet Jolie

Little Jolie has Down syndrome and a couple other special needs.  She's a beautiful baby that will be 2 in December 2013.  She doesn't have much more information or any more photos at the moment.  This little angel cake needs a forever family to find her and watch her blossom into the beauty she truly is.
